Hijinks start at 1pm. $15 entry fee covers all day skating at Garden Skate, New Jersey’s largest indoor skate park, and chances to win FREE stuff from Funhouse Skateboards, Thrasher Magazine, Independent Trucks, Bones Wheels, Triple 8 and Monster Energy. Also, Funhouse Skateboards Owner/Artist/Janitor JJ Rudisill will also be available to autograph decks or pose with your Mom for pictures.

Here’s a shameless plug for our pals over at TOC SKATE SHOP who just released their new line of Skate Strings. These skate-specific shoe laces are made from a top- secret material that won’t shred or break and, as the folks at TOC say, “Kicks Kevlar in the ass!” Drop ‘em a line and get yourself a pair or ten. I’m not sure if it would help, or hurt, but tell ‘em the Bossman sent you!

Happy 2010 Ladies and Germs! Just wanted to check in and let you know what’s cookin’ in the Funhouse kitchen. The Bossman is currently knee deep in graphics for our Series 5 decks, set to arrive in early Spring. We’re adding 3 NEW decks to the lineup, including a new mini to replace the Mini-Puncher, a new longboard to replace the Dripper and a new, super wide pool/park deck to replace the outgoing Ticket Puncher.

Without revealing too much, here’s our current Concrete Wave ad featuring hints of what’s to come. I can assure you the graphics are as sick as ever and you won’t be disappointed!
