The Bosslady herself has taken the reins of the Funhouse Skateboards Facebook site, so as soon as you’re done entertaining yourself here, head on over and give us a nuggie, or a prod, or a poke, or whatever the heck it is the kids are doing over there. The Bossman will be lurking around there too, of course, so now you’ll have twice as many chances for pics of Lou Rawls!

Even record rain and near hurricane winds didn’t stop the gang at Garden Sk8 from putting on one fine jam. The all day long mega-session featured a flurry of skating, from Funhouse team rippers, to groms, to old men still hanging on (Bossman included).  Flyin Ryan Hamburg’s 4 foot, Tigger-suit airs captured the spirit of the day and also grabbed the Worst Trick Trophy.

Hats off to Todd and the Garden Sk8 crew for hosting such a fun event and thanks to all those who braved the monsoon rains to attend. Word!
