Even record rain and near hurricane winds didn’t stop the gang at Garden Sk8 from putting on one fine jam. The all day long mega-session featured a flurry of skating, from Funhouse team rippers, to groms, to old men still hanging on (Bossman included).  Flyin Ryan Hamburg’s 4 foot, Tigger-suit airs captured the spirit of the day and also grabbed the Worst Trick Trophy.

Hats off to Todd and the Garden Sk8 crew for hosting such a fun event and thanks to all those who braved the monsoon rains to attend. Word!

Hijinks start at 1pm. $15 entry fee covers all day skating at Garden Skate, New Jersey’s largest indoor skate park, and chances to win FREE stuff from Funhouse Skateboards, Thrasher Magazine, Independent Trucks, Bones Wheels, Triple 8 and Monster Energy. Also, Funhouse Skateboards Owner/Artist/Janitor JJ Rudisill will also be available to autograph decks or pose with your Mom for pictures.
