That’s right folks. Dead. A goner. History. It’s been a heck of a lot of fun, and we’ve made some great decks and great friends, but after 5 years of blood, sweat, and skulls, it’s time for a breather. If you’re reading this, then we’d like to thank you for supporting Funhouse along the way. Though we didn’t make a million bucks, the good will generated will last a lifetime (almost as long as your Premium Quality Funhouse Skateboard).

Though the beast is back in the basement, I will still do my best to put on Bowl Jams here in NYC and will certainly continue skating. The only difference will be that I won’t be forced to hand out stickers to kids on Razor scooters at the same time. I’m also still available for kick-ass, known-around-the-world artwork and male modeling gigs, so if you have need of a formerly handsome redhead that can draw like a mofo, then I’m your man.

While most of our inventory is gone, we still have some awesome (and now super collectible) Decks and T’s for sale at the ridiculously low prices that desperation requires.

Greetings Fiends! Time to turn your tricks into treats at the Funhouse/Garden Sk8 Halloween Bowl Jam and costume contest, Friday, Oct. 29th! Bowl Jam horror hijinks start at 6 and roll until 11, but Garden Sk8 will be open all day if you wanna get your spook on early. Prizes will be handed out for best trick, worst trick, best costume and whatever the hell else we think up! Also, Blind Team Pro Ronnie Creager will be in the house making his special street magic happen, so there’s something in it for everyone. Funhouse decks and T’s will be super sale priced too, so pick up a super spooky stick while you’re there.

For those of you in the NYC area, The Skate Shuttle will be in full effect, so contact skater/owner Anthony Hakim at 347-777-2840 to reserve a seat. Shuttle heads will receive $5 off the $15 Garden Sk8 admission, so let Anthony handle the driving, while you tell ghost stories, sleep, or just sharpen your chain saw!

Lucky Number 17 Screen Printing Rules!

Got to take a second to send a Shout Out to my main man Sandon Clark at Lucky Number 17 screen printing in Orlando, FL. Sandon is responsible for the AMAZING print quality on our Tat Man, Fatty and Skate Granny T’s. The print quality is obvious, but what’s not seen is the time and energy Sandon personally put into each… shirt to get them to us super fast and easy on the wallet. He’s put in numerous weekend hours and loads of overtime for us and never asked for more than the standard price.
Can’t say enough good things about him, so if you have any printing needs at all (T’s, Banners, Stickers, Etc.) then Lucky Number 17 is the place.

OK, you know it’s sad when we have to write a Blog post about how infrequent our Blog posts are. Truth is, we’ve been Facebookin’ a lot better than blogging, so here’s a reminder to check us out at www.facebook.com/funhouseskateboards so you can make sure you got all your bases covered and don’t miss out on anything. It’s public, so you don’t need a fancy-ass password or anything. Might even make a friend or two thousand.
